Capyplazo, the operator of this site. For anything about your data, write to hola@capyplazo.com.
What we keep
What you give us when you use this site. In the sales form: your name, work e-mail, phone, your business’s name, where you sell and your approximate monthly sales. In the contact form and in job openings: what you write and, if you apply, your CV. And, if you allow it, how you use the site: your device, your IP address and the pages you see.
What we use them for
To answer you, connect your store to Capyplazo and talk terms, assess your application and understand how the site is used. We use them for nothing else, we don’t sell them and we don’t share them with anyone for their advertising.
On what basis
Your consent, given when you send the form, which you can withdraw at any time, and our interest in handling what you ask of us. We keep them while we talk with you or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
If who holds them changes
Capyplazo does not grant credit yet: it will in Mexico. If your business’s data were to pass to someone else, we’ll tell you by e-mail first and you can ask us to delete it instead.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask us to hand it over, by writing to hola@capyplazo.com. If our answer doesn’t satisfy you, you can turn to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
