1. Who is responsible for your data

[Company name], S.A. de C.V. (“Capyplazo”), with its address at [address], is responsible for the personal data of the people of the businesses that join Capyplazo: its legal representative, its contacts and the users of its console.

2. What data we collect

We collect:

• Identity and contact: name, position, e-mail and phone of the representative, the contacts and each user.
• Representation: the documents that show the representative may sign for the business.
• Bank: the account (CLABE) where we pay the settlements and its holder.
• Usage: what each user does in the console and through the API, to keep it secure.

3. What we use it for

To review and affiliate the business, to pay its settlements and invoice its fees, to give it support, to keep the console and the API secure, and to comply with the law. With your consent, also to tell you about new products for businesses; you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

With the bank that makes the transfers, with the provider that verifies the business and its representative, with the tax authority for invoicing, and with authorities when the law requires it. We don’t share it with anyone else.

5. Your ARCO rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to a use, through the ARCO rights request on our site, from the e-mail of your user. We answer within 20 business days and, if it applies, act on it within the next 15.

6. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change here, with its date and version, and let the business know in its console.
